How it works
Three steps, a few minutes
Add anything
Record a voice note, or upload audio, video, a PDF, Word file or PowerPoint. Mix several together.
Choose what you want back
Tick slides, a document, an MP3 or a video, and pick a style, length and language.
Get it in minutes
Lucas Deck listens, finds the key points and builds it. Edit anything, then download or share.
What you get
One upload. Four ways to share it.

Each speaker is picked out, and you can put names to the voices.
Decisions and open points
What was agreed, and what still needs sorting, kept apart so nothing gets lost.
Actions with owners
Every task with who's doing it and by when, ready to copy into an email.
A deck to share

Questions
Good to know
What can I upload?
Voice notes, MP3 and other audio, video, PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint files and typed notes. You can combine several into one project.
Does it work with Zoom, Teams or Google Meet?
Yes. Download the recording of your call, add it to a project and tick “This is a meeting”. You get a recap with who said what, decisions, open points and actions with owners, plus slides if you want them. Connecting your Zoom account directly is coming soon.
Which languages does it work in?
You can record in most major languages and choose the language of your slides, document, MP3 and video, so you can record in one language and share in another.
Is my content private?
Yes. Files are stored encrypted on UK/EU servers, your recordings are never used to train AI, and you can delete a recording and everything made from it at any time. Original recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days; your slides and documents stay.
Can I edit what it makes?
Yes. Change any wording, reorder slides, or simply type an instruction such as "make slide 3 simpler".
Is it for medical records?
No. Lucas Deck is great for health education and summarising your own appointments, but it is not for clinical record-keeping.
When does it launch?
We're opening to the waitlist first, starting with founding members. Join now to be first in.
